Signing Agent
Larry Lehman is a commissioned Notary Public in the State of Texas and a
member of the National Notary Association™. He is available for basic
notary public services and to serve as a signing agent.
Larry is a trained and experienced signing agent who can facilitate the
signing of mortgage documents in and around the Dallas-Ft. Worth
Metroplex.
The fee for signing agent service in Dallas is $75 including document
preparation. Documents can be emailed to Larry at:

Notary Public
Larry Lehman is available to provide notary public services in and around the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex.
The notary fees are the standard fees established by the State of Texas.
The travel fees are as follows:
$50 During the day in the Dallas area.
$75 During the evening and on weekends in the Dallas area.
The Dallas area is defined as Dallas and Collin counties.
Note that only one travel fee applies whether providing notary service for one or for several people.
