Five Day New Store Operator Training Program
This training program can be held at your new store or at my offices in Dallas.  These are five
long, intense nine to ten hour days and the program includes a set of training materials for your
use in the future.  Following is the five day schedule:

Day One:
  -Meet and discuss business plan, 1, 2, 3, 6, & 12 month objectives.
  -Carrier domestic rules & regulations for U.S.P.S., UPS, FedEx, & DHL.

Day Two:
  -Review carrier domestic rules & regulations.
  -Carrier international rules & regulations for U.S.P.S., UPS, FedEx, & DHL.
  -Mailbox rental rules and marketing techniques.

Day Three:
  -Basic packaging methodology and techniques.
  -Packing fragile items.
  -Custom box making with an introduction to basic crate building.

Day Four:
  -Pricing strategies for shipping and retail products.
  -Introduction to PostalMate software.
  -Price setting in PostalMate.
  -Practice shipping of letters and parcels to domestic and international destinations.

Day Five:
  -Overview of bookkeeping requirements and QuickBooks chart of accounts.
  -Marketing notary public services.
  -Marketing passport photo service.
  -Marketing in-house charge account services to small businesses.
  -Marketing to local corporate accounts.
  -Daily store operating procedures.
  -Develop store brochure.
Three Day New Store Operator Training Program
This training program can be held at your new store or at my offices in Dallas.  These are three
